Job Description

Urgent hiring for an MNC in Kolkata (Night Shift)
Job position: Customer Support 
Job Perks:
  • Salary 15K to 19K (depending upon experience)
  • Work from office
  • Fixed weekend (Sat & Sun) off

Desired Profile
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English (both oral and written)
  • Willingness to work in night shift and join ASAP

  • Process: inbound voice process (US healthcare)
  • Night shift
  • 5 days working & 2 days weekly off
  • Location Salt Lake, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Query Resolution:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain customer records, logs, and support tickets.
  • Prepare reports on recurring issues and customer feedback.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer interactions.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes.

5. Achieving Customer Satisfaction & Performance Targets:

  • Ensure quick response times and efficient query resolution.
  • Meet customer satisfaction and resolution rate targets.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and suggest solutions.
