Job Description
Job Overview:
As an Customer Support Manager, you will play a critical role in managing
assignments and projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities
will include student communication, resource allocation, progress monitoring,
and ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will
have a basic understanding of various academic assignments, including essay
writing, report writing and literature review, primary/secondary data analysis,
thesis and dissertation writing, research papers and statements of purpose,
case studies and Q&A-based assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and mentor the customer support team to ensure high performance.
- Train team members on best practices, customer handling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Monitor support team metrics and set performance goals.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
- Oversee and manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Implement customer service policies and standards to improve efficiency.
Process Improvement & Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Develop strategies to improve response time and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, product, technical teams) to enhance service quality.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Track and analyze customer service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).
- Prepare reports on customer support performance and present insights to management.
- Use CRM tools and customer service software to streamline operations.
