- Answering inbound calls
- Resolving queries on calls
- Client account management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel tool
- Responsible for emailing support
Specific Skill Set: Advanced excel, excellent oral & written communication
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0- 2 Years
Annual CTC: 2 LPA – 2.50 LPA
Work Timings: We have 3 shifts 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM & 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
Travel & Allowance: Not applicable
Languages: English, Hindi & Malayalam.
