Job Overview: As a Customer Support Representative in logistics company, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling queries, resolving problems related to shipping and delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, delivery timelines, tracking updates, and order details.
- Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on the status of their deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to delivery delays, order discrepancies, or any logistical challenges.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., operations, warehouse, transportation) to troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Collaborate with the other branches, warehouse, transportation, and operations departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to improve service levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and exceed service level expectations.
