Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and confident Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage customer inquiries and feedback efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Collect and manage customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement of services and products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved promptly
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers
Requirements:
- Any graduate with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Confident and proactive in addressing customer concerns
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
