We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for retail stores, confirm customer orders, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for retail store inquiries and order confirmations.
- Interact with customers professionally and provide accurate information.
- Ensure smooth communication between stores and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
- Work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in international customer service/calling (USA) preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
