Open Position: Customer Support/Sales - Outbound

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Resolve Customer Queries in Accounts

* Help Customers improve their customer engagement by using SMS/Whatsapp

* Plan and Support latest features and Upcoming events to maximize SMS/WhatsApp usage

Skills

* Passion to offer solutions to customers

* Fluent in [specific languages English, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu].

* Good In multi-tasking and prioritization manage and track of client details.

* Ability to Interact via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls

* Good Presentation and closing skills

Qualifications:

* Graduate in finance, business administration, IT, or a related field.

* Diploma or certificate in Tally ERP 9 preferred.

* Google sheet, Microsoft Word

* 1-2 Years experience in Customer support/Sales

* Female Preferred.
