- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and handle queries while visit at the office.
- Maintain MIS/EOD reports Reconciliation & Customer accounts.
- Candidate must have basic computer knowledge
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
