Job Description

Candidate should be a Graduate/ Diploma and willing to work in Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week-off.
Candidate with call center experience in Voice process preferable but Freshers can also apply
Candidate must have good command in Tamil and average communication in English
Basic Computer Knowledge preferable
Immediate joiners are preferred

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and provide effective solutions.

Assist customers with product and service inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns.

Provide feedback on common issues to improve customer service processes.
