Job Description

Operate conventional cylindrical grinding machines to produce precision components.
Perform ID and OD grinding, adjusting parameters to meet tight tolerances and finish specifications.
Utilize precision lapping techniques to achieve specified flatness and surface finish.
Measure and inspect workpieces with dial indicators and other tools to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand project requirements and collaborate with engineering teams.
Conduct routine maintenance on grinding machines and adhere to safety protocols.
Measure and examine completed products to ensure they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding machines.
Maintain accurate records of production and tool usage.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
