Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst at Masthead Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. The Data Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to data searching and he will work closely with the team to contribute to the finding and improvement of data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of MS Excel, basic C required.
- Assessing the reports by customers on various platforms and plan for the reproduction.
- Brainstorming, contributing new ideas, thinking of innovative strategies, and implementing solutions to complex problems.
- Working with real-time feedback from our users to make the product better.
- Production Incident management and reporting.
- Should be able to perform data analysis.
- To publish daily reports, dashboards and metrics to internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask when several critical issues happen simultaneously.
Requirement:
- Btech/Mtech/ BCA/MCA can apply
- Should not be pursuing candidate
- Should be fresher
- Immediate joiner preferred
Immediate joiner will be preferred.
