We are currently seeking a Data Engineer (Java/Python) to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Data Engineer (Java/Python)

Data Engineering/programming professional with minimum 8 years of IT experience and over 3 years of developing Data pipelines in Java/Python in Azure environment..

Responsibilities

Build Data Pipelines using Java/Python to load from different sources to Azure Datalake
Create REST/SOAP APIs to provision Data as a Service for data consumers from the Datalake process
Designing and maintaining data flow design and schemas.
Working with the Data Architect to translate functional specifications into technical specifications

Required Skills (Technical Professional)

5+ Years of Java/Python programming experience
3+ years experience in building Data Pipelines using Java/Python in Azure environment
Experience in building data flows and support day-to-day data ingestion operations
Experience in Agile Development Methodology
Experience in DevOps/DataOps processes
Experience in building APIs to deliver data as a service
Knowledge on Data warehousing, Cloud computing (Azure preferred), data management concepts, data modelling.
Strong ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors.
Experience with Azure Datalake and Data factory is an added advantage.
Advanced analytical / problem solving skills.
Good communication skills both written and oral
