Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Executive to manage, input, and maintain accurate records in our systems and databases. This role involves handling large volumes of information while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and timely processing. The ideal candidate will have strong keyboarding skills, an eye for accuracy, and a basic understanding of data systems or spreadsheets.
As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating company records, verifying data from various sources, and supporting internal departments by ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and committed to working efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
- Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
- Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
