Data Entry
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-
1. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
2. Clear out the existing database using the right formulae
3. Sort the data in relevant formats
4. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
5. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
6. Apply data program techniques and procedures
7. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
8. Work and keep the information confidential
9. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Skill(s) required
Who can apply

1. are available for full-time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 14th Sep'22 and 19th Oct'22
3. are available for a duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Proven data entry work experience
2. Experience with MS Office (preferred skills in Excel) and data programs
3. Typing speed and accuracy
4. Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
5. Attention to detail with confidentiality
6. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
