Salary-15-20 CTC

JD of Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data within the organization's database and systems. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency with data entry tools, and adherence to data management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management

· Enter, update, and verify data in various systems or databases.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity while maintaining consistency.

· Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Documentation

· Maintain proper filing and record-keeping systems for source data.

· Generate regular reports as required by the team or management.

Quality Assurance

· Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy.

· Identify and rectify data entry errors and inconsistencies.

Communication

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies.

· Liaise with other departments to gather missing or additional data as needed.

Administrative Support

· Assist in clerical duties, such as preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

· Handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Skills:

• Proficiency in data entry software/tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, or specific CRM tools).

• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Basic understanding of databases and data management systems is a plus.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a data entry role or administrative position preferred.

• Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools (if applicable).

Other Requirements:

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistent focus.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
