Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to work in a private bank. The ideal candidate should have fast typing skills, attention to detail, and basic banking knowledge.
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying banking data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Data Entry & Record Maintenance:
- Enter, update, and maintain customer information, transactions, and banking records in the system.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Process loan applications, account opening forms, and financial documents.
✅ Document Verification & Compliance:
- Check KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) for authenticity and completeness.
- Maintain records as per banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer data.
✅ Handling Banking Transactions & Reports:
- Assist in processing deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Generate daily transaction reports and maintain database records.
- Support internal audits and data reconciliation.
✅ Customer Support & Coordination:
- Assist bank officers in handling customer queries related to data records.
- Coordinate with different banking departments for data accuracy and reporting.
- Update customers on document requirements and processing timelines.
