- Fresher / experienced with good interpersonal and systems skills can be considered.
- Candidate is required to clear the typing speed with a min of 40 keystrokes/per Minute with >=95% accuracy.
- Good communication skills are preferred for the role.
- Ability to self-manage and work with limited direction
Candidate should be flexible & adaptable, willing to work in India night shifts
Job Summary
A Data Entry Typist is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in digital databases and systems. This role requires fast and accurate typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various data sources such as handwritten documents, scanned files, and digital records. The Data Entry Typist ensures that all information is correctly entered and formatted while following company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management

Input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and company software.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data while typing from various sources.

Organize and maintain digital records systematically.
2. Accuracy & Quality Control

Proofread and verify entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

Make corrections as needed and ensure data integrity.

Follow standard data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain high-quality records.
3. Confidentiality & Compliance

Handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.

Comply with company policies, legal regulations, and data protection standards.
4. Administrative Support

Assist with document filing, scanning, and record-keeping tasks.

Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth data flow within the organization.
