- Excellent child care skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children.
- Ensure high-quality delivery in Day Care Centre.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are readily available for educational activities.
- Collaborate with other daycare staff and participate in team meetings to discuss curriculum planning, behavior management strategies, and individual child needs.
- Adhere to daycare policies and procedures, including safety protocols, emergency procedures, and child protection guidelines.
