Position: Daycare Teacher
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview: We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. This role involves planning and implementing educational activities, monitoring children’s progress, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs and activities that cater to the needs and interests of the children in the daycare.

Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Create a warm, inviting, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development.

Monitor and record children’s progress, behavior, and social development, communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom, adhering to health and safety standards.

Collaborate with other daycare staff to plan and coordinate events and activities.

Provide basic care needs, including preparing snacks and assisting with feeding, toileting, and nap times.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in a patient and effective manner.

Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
