Job Description

Debt Recovery Agents (DRAs) are responsible for collecting overdue payments from borrowers on behalf of banks and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Identify customers with outstanding debts
Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment
Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries
Create and implement debt collection courses of action
Employ effective negotiation techniques to facilitate the settlement of debts, while ensuring ethical and respectful communication with debtors.
Conduct all interactions with debtors in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner, adhering strictly to the guidelines set by the RBI and other regulatory bodies.
Prepare regular reports detailing progress, challenges, and successful recovery of debts to management and concerned financial institutions.
