Delivery Associate (DA):
· Delivery of the allocated packages.
· Planning daily travel routes based on delivery location.
· Loading and unloading of packages.
· Accepting and recording payments after delivering packages.
· Acquiring acknowledgment from the customers of the product delivered with zero damages.
· Respective Area Knowledge required.
Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe and timely manner.
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.
Follow delivery driving routes and time schedules.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues.
Report any accidents or injuries immediately to management.
