Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Boy

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers as per the assigned routes.
Load, unload, and secure goods in delivery vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries made (e.g., receipts, payment collection).
Follow safety and traffic regulations during deliveries.
Ensure all goods are delivered in excellent condition.
Provide outstanding customer service and address customer queries, if any.
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Report any issues or delays in deliveries to the supervisor.
Assist in organizing deliveries and inventory when required.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to navigate through the streets of Mumbai and knowledge of local areas and routes.
Good physical health, as the role may require lifting and carrying packages.
Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.
Prior experience in delivery services is an advantage but not mandatory.
