Job Title: Delivery Boy

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to transport goods safely and efficiently to customers. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, knowledge of local routes, and excellent time management skills. This role requires handling deliveries with care, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining delivery records.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parcels, food, groceries, or other goods to customers on time.
Verify customer details, addresses, and order items before delivery.
Collect cash or digital payments, if applicable.
Ensure the safe handling of products during transit.
Follow traffic rules and safety regulations while driving.
Maintain delivery logs and update the tracking system as required.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
Report any delays, accidents, or vehicle issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 10th, high school education (preferred but not mandatory).
Valid driving license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler as required).
Experience in food, e-commerce, or courier delivery is an advantage.
Good knowledge of local roads and navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
Physically fit and able to lift lightweight packages.
Smartphone with internet access for tracking and communication (preferred).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
