Job Title: Delivery Boy - Medical Devices

Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering medical devices and equipment to hospitals within a designated area. Ensures timely and secure delivery of products while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Deliver medical devices and equipment to hospitals within timeframes.

2.⁠ ⁠Ensuring proper handling and security.

3.⁠ ⁠Verify delivery addresses, customer information, and product accuracy.

4. ⁠Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any issues.

5. ⁠Communicate with customers, sales teams, and logistics personnel regarding delivery status.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

7. ⁠Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., oil, tire pressure).

8. Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to management.

Requirements:
1.⁠ ⁠+2 or diploma or equivalent.

2. Two wheeler with⁠ ⁠Valid driver's license and clean driving record

3. ⁠Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. ⁠Basic knowledge of medical devices and equipment (Will provide the training)

5. ⁠Familiarity with GPS navigation

6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
1.⁠ ⁠1-2 years of delivery or logistics experience.

2.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of medical terminology and industry regulations.

3.⁠ ⁠Certification in customer service or logistics.
