*Responsibilities:*
- Pick up orders from restaurants/stores and deliver them to customers in a timely manner

- Ensure accurate and secure handling of cash, orders, and customer information

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Utilize navigation and delivery apps to optimize routes and delivery times

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company standards

- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any customer complaints or issues

*Requirements:*
- Valid driver's license (2-wheeler)

- A reliable 2-wheeler vehicle

- Smartphone with a valid operating system (Android/iOS)

- Ability to lift up to 10 kg

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Familiarity with navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
