Job Description
- Pick up and drop - Simple pick up and delivery
- Buy and drop- The delivery boy will have to go to a shop, purchase the given items and then deliver to customer
- Multiple Buys- The delivery boy will have to go to multiple shops to buy items and then deliver to customer.
- Follow instructions on the apps
- All purchasing happens through a company debit card they will be provided with. (Losing this card would levy a fine of 500.)
- Incase the delivery item is too big in size or weight then the delivery boy must take the items in an auto or cab.
Salary Structure:
- Take home salary Rs 12,000
- Fixed monthly salary will be paid on 2nd of every month
- Extra:
- Distance above 3 km: Rs 50 per delivery
- Distance below 3 km: Rs 30 per delivery
- If a candidate does 12 deliveries in a day, he will get Rs. 500/day (will be paid on 15th of every month)
Training:
- On the field training for 4 to 5 hours including app training
