Job Description
- Support in all office activities such as opening of the parcel, packing, etc.
- Pack the items and deliver it to the customer place
- Collect acknowledgment copies and ensure formalities are completed
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient delivery.
- Load and unload items from delivery vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process.
- Collect cash payments from customers, if applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
