Job Description

Assisting doctors in procedures, schedule appointments and maintenance of case records. Sterilisation of instruments and maintaining indent.

Follow up with patients through calls and messages.

Basic knowledge in excel

Ensure that the patients feel comfortable throughout the dental procedure.

Perform office management tasks which usually involve patient records.

Obtaining dental records

Taking and developing radiographs (X-rays)

Asking patients regarding medical history

Taking blood pressure

Taking impressions of patient’s teeth for study casts.

Handle patient communications, such as appointment scheduling, phone calls, billing, and supply orders.

Making and canceling appointments with patients

Dental treatment planning and charting

Filling up insurance papers and keeping track of dental billing information
