Job Description

Assisting the doctor during dental procedures and instrument sterilisation.
Responsible for Assisting Dentist in Dental Treatments and Other Office Works.
Managing Patient, Lab works and Other Treatment Protocols.
Patient Follow Up, Appointment booking and billing.
Maintenance of Patient Records, Lab work records, Material Stocks and updating in Software.
Instruments Washing, Sterilization and Upkeep.
Back-end Office Works in computer and log books.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and arranging instruments
Assist dentists and dental hygienists during dental procedures
Take and develop dental x-rays
Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
Maintain patient records and update medical history
Schedule appointments and answer patient questions over the phone
Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for patients
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
