Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant Receptionist to provide both administrative and clinical support at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures while also managing front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
1) Interacting with the Patients and taking the necessary details
2) Keeping the Dental tolls and equipments ready for the procedures
3) Assisting the Dentist while doing the treatment.
4) Billing
5) Updating the Patient information and treatment details in the software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Greet and assist patients with appointment scheduling and check-ins.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding treatments and procedures.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and patient records efficiently.
2. Dental Assistance
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of dental tools and work areas.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures.
3. Administrative & Inventory Management
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules in the system.
- Order and stock dental supplies and office materials as needed.
- Coordinate with laboratories for dental impressions and reports.
