ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PATIENT HISTORY TAKING

PATIENT COORDINATION

MAINTAINING RECORDS

MINOR CLINICAL PROCEDURES

GIVING POST OP INSTRUCTIONS

PATIENT FOLLOW UPS

STOCK MAINTENANCE

APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT

SUPERVISING ASSISTANTS AND STAFFS

MAINTAIN A HEALTHY COMMUNICATIVE ENVIRONMENT

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Offer expert consultation to prosthodontists and general dentists in complex cases.

Regular coordination with different department

Any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Monitor & Listen to team members call, give feedback and resolve any issues related to complex cases.

Identifying and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
