Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Coordinate with the teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Participate in events and exhibitions to promote the company's services.
Mentor and train junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the industry.
Strong understanding of the market and its trends.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
