Job Description

About the Role:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
  • Installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
  • Providing technical support for Microsoft Office and other standard software.
  • Resolving printing problems and managing printer configurations.
  • Maintaining and updating antivirus software, patches, and drivers.
  • Providing basic network troubleshooting and support.
  • Assisting users with email setup and basic O365 administration.
  • Performing asset verification and generating reports.
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies.
  • Supporting Bharat Bank branch users with application/software/hardware issues remotely.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com, B.Sc., B.E., or Diploma) in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Desktop Support L1 technician or similar role.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, routers, links).
