Job Description
Location: Delhi NCR
Probation Period: 2 months
Full-time Payout (After Probation): ₹15-18k per month
Timing: Flexible (10am - 7pm)
Job Summary: You will be responsible for achieving marketing objectives through performance marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement SEM strategies to develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms (as needed).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, etc.
Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing goals of clients.
Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance to the marketing manager and other stakeholders.
