Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up mobile banking apps for customers
Educate clients on the benefits of digital banking
Conduct field visits to assist customers in person
Engaging with customers to onboard them to digital services
Addressing customer concerns and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
Monitoring adoption rates, customer feedback, and key performance metrics
Participating in product campaigns
Helping customers with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) rules
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Field sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Age: Under 30
