Job Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various platforms (website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, etc.).
- Assist in developing and brainstorming content ideas that align with the company’s brand voice.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized for better visibility and engagement.
- Help in managing and scheduling posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and competitors to ensure the company’s content stays relevant.
- Engage with followers, reply to comments, and assist in building an active online community.
- Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Help analyse the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to improve future strategies.
- Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing website and blog content for search engines.
- Help track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital campaigns (traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
- Assist in generating reports and insights based on data to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the team on executing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Assist in managing digital content for paid campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with the overall brand strategy.
