Job Overview
A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. The role involves working with SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, and analytics to optimize online presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram promotions.
- Track and optimize ad spend, conversions, and ROI.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO.
- Optimize website content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance website speed, UX, and performance.
3. Social Media Marketing
- Develop and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Run paid campaigns to grow followers, reach, and engagement.
4. Content Marketing & Email Campaigns
- Create blogs, landing pages, and newsletters to attract and engage the audience.
- Develop email marketing strategies for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- A/B test email campaigns to improve open rates and conversions.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to monitor performance.
- Track KPIs like traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Generate monthly reports and suggest improvements.
