Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels
- Conduct regular campaign analysis and reporting to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and tools to continuously improve our marketing strategy
- Manage and maintain a budget for digital marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
- Strong understanding of website design and development principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics Certification)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of content creation principles and experience creating engaging content
- Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello
