Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Manage and optimize campaigns across digital channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital outlets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Manage PPC campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including the creation of newsletters, automated workflows, and subscriber lists.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to management on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and other activities to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Experience in video marketing and content creation for platforms like YouTube.
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
