Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms. You will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic to our website through effective campaigns and optimizations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Create and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and building community.
Analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Implement and analyze email marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
Collaborate with designers and developers to create engaging and effective content.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experiences across multiple channels.
Identify critical conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
1 year of working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Strong skills in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences.
