Education and Qualification: Diploma in electronics preferred
Job Description:
- Assembling PCBs of different types of security systems.
- Fault finding in the PCB
- Wiring and preparing a panel of different types of security systems.
- Test different types of security systems.
- Showing demonstration of different types of security systems.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Good conceptual understanding of manufacturing systems and process
- Good knowledge of product specifications and inspection
- Good presentation skills
- Fault-finding skill
- Electrical wiring skill
- Identification and basic working principle of different electronics components
- Good knowledge of soldering PCB
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Diploma Electronics Engineer Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or diploma holders eager to gain hands-on experience in electronics design, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes. The selected candidate will be trained in circuit design, PCB testing, embedded systems, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electronics Testing & Troubleshooting
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting electronic circuits & components.
- Perform functional testing of PCB boards and embedded systems.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
2. Manufacturing & Assembly Support
- Support PCB assembly, soldering, and quality checks.
- Work with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Product Development & R&D
- Assist in designing and prototyping electronic devices.
- Learn and apply microcontroller programming (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
- Work with simulation tools like Proteus, LTspice, or MATLAB.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain test reports, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for production.
- Provide feedback on product improvements.
