Eligibility Criteria: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent department/ cadre OR holding next lower posts in the parent department/ cadre in the Pay Band 3 of with grade pay of Rs. 6600/- (Level II in the Pay Matrix as per 7' h CPC) with 5 years regular service in Central Govt./ State Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Local Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Union Territories/ Development Authority.
