GOOD COMMUNICATION

GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH

DOCUMENTATION AND ADMIN WORK.

Providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to a department director, managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department, allowing the director to focus on strategic initiatives.

Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Liaise with internal staff and external partners on behalf of the Director.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Screen and respond to phone calls and emails on behalf of the Director.

Organize and maintain office files and documents.

Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
