Job Description
We are looking for a Dispatch Executive for our organization
Industry: Logistics - Movers & packers
Shift: US/Night Shift
Job Location: Thane West
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with movers, managing scheduling, follow-ups, and overall logistics.
- Plan and oversee project schedules and timelines, ensuring all moves align with project requirements, deadlines, and milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned moves, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with movers and project team members to ensure seamless execution.
Plan and oversee the dispatch of products to customers and distributors.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate and on-time dispatch.

Monitor the status of dispatched goods and update records.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.

Verify dispatch documents, invoices, and packaging lists.

Ensure that all shipments meet company quality and packaging standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills
- ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or dispatch management software.
✔ Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
