Whether it’s our Engineering teams that need a test environment or our software running in production, we are seeking skilled systems management professionals ready for the challenge.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding on Third Party integration’s Using SNMP, MSEND
- KMs Upgrade, Troubleshooting of Alerting issues
- Administration of Event operations, Threshold values modifications, Reports, Graphs, in Truesight Operations console
- Configurations of enrichment policies, MRLs, Collectors
- Installation, upgradations of KMs from True Sight Console
- Configurations of the different types of monitoring policies (Windows, Unix, service/process, log file, File system)
- Working experience in monitoring Issues for different type of KMs (Windows, Unix, Oracle, Weblogic, DB2)
- Good Knowledge and Worked on SNMP Integration (troubleshooting based on logs).
- Monitoring creations for the Oracle, Log file, Sybase, DB2, Process, FS monitoring
- Implementation, Migration, Upgrade, transformation activities with respect to BMC tools.
- KMs installations, KM configurations on Unixflavor
- Basic understanding of Windows OS/Unix OS concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
