Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Co-ordination Agreement for Sale Registration process.
2. Customer relationship management, achieving monthly target of payment collection
3. Provide project information and construction update to customer as per request.
4. Handling customer grievances - Related to payment issues, Loan process issues, customization in unit issues, possession and clearance formality issues.
5. Coordinating with team for due and pending instalments, collection Updating, processing, and Filling of all documents.
6. Ensure smooth possession process and solve clients queries with the co-ordination of engineering department.
7. Coordinating with customers for their sales documentation and loan process.
8. All Project Agreement Preparation, Execution of Agreement, Arrangement of Registration.
9. Completion Demand Letter, Reminder, etc.
