Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Product or Service Promotion:

Provide information on additional services, upgrades, or promotions that might be beneficial to the customer.

Follow up with customers for feedback and suggest ways to improve their experience.

In some cases, upsell products or services as part of the voice process responsibilities.

Data Entry and Documentation:

Accurately log customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the company’s CRM or database system.
