Job Description

Required driver for our driving institute. Need basic system knowledge. Salary based on your experience. Sunday holiday. Experienced driver is most welcome. 2wheeler and 4 wheeler driving skill is must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transporting Students:

Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Safely transport students to and from the driving institute, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
Adherence to Schedule: Maintain an accurate schedule for student pick-up and drop-off times, ensuring that students arrive on time for their lessons and other appointments.
Safe Driving: Ensure all transportation is conducted in a safe and cautious manner, adhering to road safety rules and regulations at all times.

2. Assisting with Driving Lessons:

In-Car Supervision: Assist driving instructors during in-car lessons by providing safe and comfortable transportation for students.
Coaching Support (if applicable): Under the guidance of instructors, assist students with basic in-car lessons, if required.

3. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

Routine Vehicle Checks: Perform regular checks on the vehicle (oil, tires, brakes, etc.) to ensure that it is in good condition and safe for use.
Cleaning and Tidying: Keep the vehicle clean, ensuring that it is always in an attractive and presentable condition.
Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure that the vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained. Report any issues or repairs needed to the supervisor.
Documentation: Maintain necessary documentation, including vehicle logbooks, insurance, and registration details.

4. Customer Service:

Positive Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with all students, instructors, and staff members.
Conflict Resolution: Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during transport in a calm and professional manner.

5. Compliance & Safety:

Adherence to Traffic Rules: Comply with all local traffic laws and driving regulations at all times.
Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle emergencies in a calm and professional manner, ensuring student safety.
