Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator to create and design high-quality printed and digital materials. The ideal candidate should be proficient in publishing software, layout design, and typography, ensuring visually appealing documents that meet client or company requirements.
We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator to create and design high-quality printed and digital materials. The ideal candidate should be proficient in publishing software, layout design, and typography, ensuring visually appealing documents that meet client or company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Layout Creation:
- Create and format brochures, flyers, posters, books, newspapers, and digital content.
- Work on page layout, typography, and graphics for print and online media.
- Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and color accuracy in all designs.
Software & Tools Usage:
- Operate DTP software like Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office.
- Convert and edit text, images, and graphics into publish-ready formats.
- Handle typesetting, scanning, and image editing for various print materials.
Proofreading & Quality Control:
- Check documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and design errors.
- Ensure files meet printing and digital publishing standards.
- Work closely with the printing team or digital content teams to ensure final output quality.
Collaboration & File Management:
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and clients for project requirements.
- Manage and organize files in print-ready and web-compatible formats.
- Maintain backup copies and ensure version control of all design files.
