Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales channels, product listings, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
- Responsible for complete ecommerce operations
- Team management-Managing team of 6-7 people
- Supervision of warehouse operations i.e. packing, dispatch of goods and returns taking
- Manage order processing on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.
- Manage inventory on all marketplaces
- Raising claims on daily basis
- Data entry of invoices, returns and orders
- Return management
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Platform Management
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, eBay, etc.
- Ensure products are optimized for visibility, SEO, and conversion.
- Monitor and update inventory and stock levels.
2. Order Processing & Customer Service
- Handle order processing, fulfillment, and shipment coordination.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews.
- Ensure a smooth shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
3. Digital Marketing & Sales Optimization
- Assist in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and PPC campaigns.
- Improve product rankings using SEO, keywords, and content marketing.
- Develop and implement promotional offers and discounts.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior.
- Track advertising ROI, conversion rates, and market trends.
- Generate reports to optimize e-commerce sales strategies.
5. Coordination & Vendor Management
- Work with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with marketing, graphic design, and content teams for product promotions.
